Vendor Form and information

Hello – We’d like to invite you to participate and sell your items at the Mount Diablo Music Education Foundation (MDMEF) “Music Festival 2020”.

“Music Festival 2020” is MDMEF’s signature event, showcasing student music ensembles from throughout the Mt. Diablo Unified School District (MDUSD).  

This year’s Festival, in partnership with the City of Concord, will be held Saturday, May 9th, from 12:30 to 5 p.m. at Todos Santos Plaza in Concord.  We’ll join the City of Concord in celebrating Mother’s Day while we feature music groups from the District. Admission is free.  Last year, well over 1000 people attended throughout the day. We are partnering with an Art/Wine Walk and will promoting this event as ‘the place’ to get your Mother’s Day Gift, so we expect attendance to rise.

As to the particulars regarding a ‘booth’:

1) There is a $50.00 participation fee.  This includes a 10’x10’ pop-up, one table and 2 chairs. If you can provide us a $25 item from your collection to raffle, then the price is only $25.00.

2) Free parking is provided next to the Plaza.

3) You can pay at our website www.mdmef.org under ‘Donate’ and make a payment by credit card or PayPal.  Our address is listed there if you’d like to send a check. If you are participating, please let me know how you’ll be paying.
